Claves para un agregador: 4.3 aviso en Produced Works de uso público; 4.4 share-alike para bases derivadas; 4.5 no exige licenciar bajo ODbL las Collective Databases, aunque la licencia sigue rigiendo la base incorporada; 4.6 ofrecer copia legible por máquina de la base derivada o de las alteraciones; 4.7 limita las medidas técnicas restrictivas; 4.8 prohíbe sublicenciar. El uso interno de una organización no activa el share-alike (4.5.c). Cubre derechos de base de datos, no los contenidos individuales (2.4).
